Deliveries are made daily as long as the ordered products are in stock. If they are not in stock, we will notify you of the estimated delay.
If payment has been made by bank transfer, we will ship your order once we receive the bank confirmation of the transfer.
Orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Bix currently only accepts orders from mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
PRICE OF SHIPMENTS
The shipping costs are calculated at the end of the shopping cart based on the order placed and the selected destination:
Shipments to Spain:
– Shipping to mainland Spain: 7 euros.
– Shipping to the Balearic Islands: 12 euros.
– Free shipping on purchases over 50 euros.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
International shipments:
– Zone 1 (France): 10 euros
– Zone 2 (Austria, Denmark, United Kingdom (UK)): 15 euros
– Zone 3 (Germany, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands): 20 euros
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 30 days from the date of shipment to request an exchange or return of the panties.
We only accept exchanges and returns of unused products that are in perfect condition. The items you wish to exchange or return must be in their original packaging, with the hygienic seal in the intimate area, with all labels and properly packaged.
Guaranteed size change
If you’ve got the wrong size, you can quickly and easily exchange your briefs for the correct size:
Send us an email to hola@bixcares.com requesting the change of size and attaching the electronic receipt of your purchase. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to arrange the change. If the size you want is not available, you can try another colour.
A Nacex courier will come to deliver the new order and, at the same time, will collect the product to be exchanged, which must be ready in the envelope in which it arrived. Later, the courier will put it in a new envelope.
Returns
Not satisfied with your purchase? Is the product you received not what you expected?
Send us an email to hola@bixcares.com and tell us why you want to return your purchase. In this way you will help us to improve. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to arrange the return.
Prepare the panties in the same envelope in which you received them. A Nacex courier will pick them up. Once we receive them and check that they are in perfect condition, we will make the payment through the same payment method used in the purchase.
BIX RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES IF THE ITEM IS NOT IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS SENT OR IF OUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET.
